Equestrian Centre Hiring - Summer Camp Director in North Gower, Ontario for sale

CAMP DIRECTOR:
Royale Equestrian Centre is growing and looking to hire a summer camp director!
- Director will be responsible for booking councillors/coaches
- Training camp Councillors
- Host team meetings
- Planning Camp schedules and daily activities
- Purchasing supplies
- Liaise with Staff and Clients
- Running Camps and activities
- Overseeing staff
- Assisting with enrolment and marketing
Must be;
- Experience working with children and teens
- Very personable, friendly, outgoing with excellent people skills
- High attention to detail
- Organized and with great time management skills
- Experience with horses
- Ability to perform well in a management role and provide clear direction
- Maintain a Professional appearance at all times
Preference will be given to candidates that have previous management, teaching and Sumer camp experience however extensive experience teaching horseback riding is not mandatory.
Candidate MUST be available all weeks of summer camp. In July & August. Seasonal position however for the right candidate additional hours and work may be available year round depending on experience which could include: office admin, teaching, training, barn chores, assisting with events.
