Imperial Star "King Beat" drum pedal, pre-1974, before they became Tama (the Tama pedal model number is 6750). This pedal is interesting because it is stamped "Patent Pending" and has a different design on the foot plate, and because the springs are internal. A rare oddity.
Included in the photos is a page from the 1974 Tama catalogue for you to compare.
